Bulkheads are built to be hit by rain and left alone for years, which is why they turn up on so many exterior walls.
The LED is integrated rather than replaceable, draws 6W and puts out 200lm. Nothing to buy on top, and nothing to swap out down the track. Output is 4000K which is a neutral white. IP54 rated, dust protected and able to take splashing water.
It is 16cm tall and 16cm wide, standing 9.5cm off the wall. Built in metal, finished in graphite. Hardwired at 240V, so a licensed electrician should install it.
